What is the difference between "in stock" and "in stock at supplier"?"In stock" products are stored at our warehouse in Schärding, Austria. Products listed as "in stock at supplier" are stored and ready to ship at our partnered suppliers' warehouses.

How is VAT handled?For private customers located inside the EU VAT will be added at the checkout. Business customers have to provide a valid VAT number in the VAT-free request form in order to get billed without VAT. Outside EU customers, private or business, will be charged without VAT but have to handle fees and taxes with their local customs services by themself.

When will my order be delivered?It depends on the shipping option you have selected and if your product is in stock. Products in stock usually will be delivered within 1 - 5 business days, according to shipping option you have selected. Products delivered directly from the supplier usually need around 10 - 14 business days, other times 3 weeks depending on the suppliers location.

How can I check what the estimated shipping cost will be?We offer free shipping on orders over 300 USD depending on your selected shipping option. Excluded from the free shipping option are products classified as extraordinary heavy items or bulky goods.

Where are you shipping the products from?In stock products will be shipped from our warehouse in Schärding, Austria. For EU customers products in stock at the supplier will be shipped out from our Austrian location as well after arriving in our warehouse. Customers outside EU will receive their order directly from the supplier to fasten up the process.

How do I return a product?If you are private customer you can return your product within 14 days to Wieningerstraße 1, 4780 Schärding (AT). Please keep in mind that the product has to be MINT condition without any signs of usage or damage in the original packaging. For more details please check our return policy.

What are the office opening hours?Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm CET. Saturday we are opened from 10am - 7pm. On Sunday and nonbusiness days we are closed.

Where is Filmmakaz Shop located?We are located in Schärding at Wieningerstraße 1, Austria, in the historical "Malzhaus" building and we also have a branch in Munich, Germany, Leopoldstraße 202a. We don't have a walk-in store. We do provide appointments for product demos at both our Austrian location and our Munich location. For demo appointments you can reach us via E-Mail or customer support.
